Overview

Joanna’s practice covers various fields, including Corporate Law, Securities and Exchange Act, merger and acquisition, contract review, international trade law (anti-dumping investigation), legal compliance, labor disputes, and general corporate. Joanna regularly assists client in M&A cases, conducting legal due diligence, transaction structuring, document filing, contract drafting, providing legal opinions and IPO application.

After joining in C&A, Joanna participates in civil and criminal litigation, annulment of shareholders’ resolution, and general corporate issues. Joanna endeavors to provide clients with proficient and high-qualified legal service with patience, and in an efficient and effective manner.
