Overview

HOWARD CHEN is the leader of the firm, the founder of C&A Law Firm, the Attorney-at-Law and Patent Attorney of Republic of China. 

Howard’s practice focuses on the financial and capital markets, including investment strategies, M&A, practice of Corporate Law and Securities and Exchange Act and so forth. He regularly represents corporates, including start-up companies, small or medium business, listed companies, in complex cross-border and domestic financial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, investments and other corporate matters.

Howard has wealth experience in financial affairs, intellectual property rights and possesses litigation strategy skills, which made him a valued asset for clients who seek for advisory in complex transactions.

Prior to establishing C&A Law Firm, Howard was partner of Chien Yeh Law Office. Howard continuously to regularly work with companies of various industries such as life sciences and healthcare electronic technology, manufacture, chemical, telecommunications, entertainment, FMCG, textile in connection with their investment activities and corporate needs.
