Overview

Ariel deals with civil and criminal litigations, managements on business and transaction agreements, labor disputes, compulsory execution affairs and provides general commercial advisory service. She has experience in handling cases including fraud, negligent assault, forgery, cancellation of mortgage registration, third party’s objection litigations in relation to constructions, urban renewal plans, trademarks, copyright, disputes arising out of credits and debts and general business controversies.

After Ariel joined C&A, she engages in assisting equity capital market transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions affairs. Ariel endeavors to deliver expertise legal service and safeguard client’s interest in conscientious, prudent and efficient manner.
